The following images are the complete visual aid reference that I designed base from the 24-week mind exercises written by a philosopher, businessman, and American author Charles F. Haanel from his classic book The Master Key System.
The author invites everyone to take time to discover the power of their own mind. Use this exercise to test and strengthen one of the most important yet underrated human ability — the power of thinking. If you are serious about training your mind, this is for you. Enjoy!
Week 1 to 4

Week 5 to 8
Our thoughts are really powerful! Positive thoughts can lead to a positive result. Robin Sharma said, “Everything is created twice, first in the mind and then in reality.” So pay close attention to the thoughts you choose. They have a way of becoming real.
Week 9 to 13
As you use these exercises you can learn more about yourself and answer some of the brewing questions that you keep in your mind. As William S. Burroughs said, “Your mind will answer most questions if you learn to relax and wait for the answer.”
Week 14 to 19
Marcus Aurelius reveals what each of us truly possesses. “You have power over your mind — not outside events. Realise this, and you will find strength.”
Week 20 to 24
Strong imagination gives you strong creative abilities — a great tool for re-creating and remodelling your old world and transforming it to a newer life.
Albert Einstein said, “I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.”
These last exercises will test your focus and concentration. A true skill that drives the winner. Because concentration and mental toughness are the true margins of victory.

Notes from the book:
We must plant the seed and leave it undisturbed. This does not mean that we are to sit down and do nothing, by no means; we will do more and better work than we have ever done before. New channels will constantly be provided, new doors will open — all that is necessary is to have an open mind. Be ready to act when the time comes.
Man is the sum total of his own thoughts; so the question is, how are we going to entertain only the good thoughts and reject the evil ones? At first we can’t keep the evil thoughts from coming, but we can keep from entertaining them. The only way to do this is to forget them — which means, get something for them. This is where the ready-made affirmation comes in.
I built up an affirmation for myself, taking the qualities I most needed, and affirming for myself over and over again, “I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy.” I kept up this affirmation, always the same, never varying, till I could wake up in the night and find myself repeating, “I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy.” It was the last thing on my lips at night and the first thing in the morning.
